Branford Canadian Cabs
Does anyone have pics or know if the Canadian Model AA cab made in Branford Ontario had metal on the rear of the cab? I have two of these bodies [in pieces] and neither appears to have tin on the back Thanks Den

Re: Transmission sticking!(?)

Re: Automatic wipers
Years and years ago I used a marine wiper moter in my Model A tudor .Because the blade was hinged I could still open the windshield. The wiper motor was installed inside on the header above the window. However I had upgraded to 12 volts so the boat wiper was 12 volts as well and it was chrome!

Re: Is this cab really a 28?
It's funny -I have two of those Brantford cabs and neither has metal on the back of the cab and one looks weathered enough never to have had metal on the back. I know the pepsi truck has a metal back but who knows if it was original or not! Anybody have any original pics of a Brantford cab? I like b...

Re: Automatic wipers
Odd! I thought that if your car was equipped with original equipment [hand wiper] then that would pass. I just read of a hot rodder in BC having to have a heater/defroster in his 31 What gives with these inspectors?? Den

Re: Swaying front end
Toe in at neutral would cause "shimmy" With bias ply tires a "toe-in" of about 1/16" would work. Radials went to zero. I had a truck that wanted to "shimmey -worse at low speeds.Turned out to be an out of round brake drum which grabbed in only one place .Jack it up and ...

Re: Hello, new guy here.
Reminds me of my brother buying a 28 Roadster pickup back in the sixtys. We towed and or pushed that car for miles and it would not start. Of course now you ask the 'Ol man' who simply replied "Did you turn the fuel on?" Started right up-Dads are really smart-all you have to do is ask!! Is...
