Re: 1928 AA runs great $8500
Don't mean to hijack your post, but is the PTO driven off of the dual high? Yes it is I have a dual-high driven pto that I would like to use and I have a silly question: Does the truck have to be moving for the pto to engage? Thanks I think 750 is a very fair price. I payed 400 for the new engine, wheels and tires after paying 600 for the car 20 years ago,

Re: A rear end in a AA?
For starters, the A rear would have to be heavily modified just to accept the AA spring hangers. Ok I might have let my imigination run away with me but that does not look to hard to me. The a rear is smaller so One could have a collar machined with a Id the size of the a rear then the od would hav...

Ok so what all problems do you all see with a A rearend in a AA? I am trying to find a way to get a little more speed from my 28 AA 7:25 worm drive. I know there would have to be some wheel adapters made and bushings installed where the spring caps go on the rear end, a drive shaft tube should be pr...

Re: overdrives
Looks good I have 3 speed watson gear aux trans much like your brown lite. It has 10% under a drive direct and a 10% overdrive. Are you going to run a open driveline to your rear end? What rearend are you useing?Bob C wrote:I'm trying an S10 5 speed with a 2 speed Brownie.
