Re: Model AA Ford Truck 1932 For Sale Flatbed
Shouldn't that truck be called a BB instead of an AA?

Re: Body Shops in Washington
Apex Collision Services down here in Shelton is an excellent shop. They work on anything from Rolls Royce to beat up Volkswagens. It's a good distance from the San Juan Islands, though.
Their phone number is 360-868-2605 and they have a facebook page with lots of photos.

Re: 1930 Ford Truck Model AA Sold on eBay
It looks like the engine photo was taken during restoration and not at the outdoor event.

Re: This one has some interesting features
My 1930 AA came with a semaphore type turn signal trafficator that looks just like the one hanging off the cab in the photo. I removed it since it didn't look to be period correct and was scratching the paint - plus a previous owner installed regular turn signals on my truck. Anyone know anything ab...

Re: Still looking for AA to buy.
Thanks Dave - not many elk close by our place, but plenty of blacktail deer that can do a ton of damage. I had to put an electric wire around the bottom of that garden fence to keep the raccoons from climbing over and hitting our salad bar.

Re: Still looking for AA to buy.
Chris Haynes,
Does that mean it was built later than June 1930 as the title indicates?
I'm not well versed in these matters, any help is appreciated.

Re: Still looking for AA to buy.
I have a 1930 AA built in June of that year, according to the VIN listed on the title. It runs good, 131" wheelbase, new brassworks radiator, new distributor, water pump, floorboards/mats, battery, interior is real nice. Whoever did the work disconnected the stock fuel tank, installed a plastic...

1930 AA engine numbers
Could anyone help me with the engine number on my 1930AA? First of all, there's not an "A" or "AA" in sight - it's very hard to read but starts with either "DP", "DR", or possibly "DB" followed by 72748 then below that looks like "OA" or &q...

I'm pretty sure it's a Norwegian milk truck, as 'meieri" is Norwegian for "dairy". Looks like he's parked in front of a Ford dealership.

Restoration Shops II
After acquiring the truck three years ago, I replaced the radiator, distributor, water pump, all zerk fittings, floorboards, tuned up and got her running pretty good. Shortly after, I had a heart attack and it turned me into an old cripple. I am unable to do things like pull an engine, transmission,...

I have a 1930 AA which is just fine cosmetically, but could use some drive train and front end work. Does anyone know of a reputable shop in the pacific northwest, preferably the Puget Sound region that does this type of work? I found one in Puyallup, but ruled them out after reading online reviews ...

Re: would be interested in AA in Seattle, Washington State a
I have a 1930 AA (131" wheelbase) that is in real nice shape and would be willing to sell it for the right price - It runs good, has a new radiator, water pump, fuel cell, distributor, floor boards, mats, fresh tune-up, oil change, all new zerk fittings (32 (+/_). It has had a cosmetic restorat...
