Re: honey comb 29 radiator

Is the aftermarket honey comb radiator the same part number for the car and truck application or were they two different radiators?

Re: Is this a Ruckstell

I'm not sure what to fill in. I like WA but cost of living more than I want to deal with at this stage in my life. I am purging most of my debt load and it feels great! I have property in NE that has been storage up to now. I am moving all my "stuff" back there and will decide what I want ...

Re: Is this a Ruckstell

Thanks Bob that clears up that assumption. I have a lot to learn!

I actually have a Model AA truck with a single rear end. The leaf springs are the same arrangement and size as my dual wheel trucks so it is not on a Model A frame. I will stop calling it a pick-up!

Re: Is this a Ruckstell

I keep making assumptions so help set me straight. I assumed a TT was a model T dual rear and a Model AA was a Model A dual rear. That said the first two pictures (rear view and top view) are from my truck and it is a Model A truck (single rear) but a worm drive?? Did Model A's come with a worm driv...

Re: Is this a Ruckstell

Thanks for all the feedback. I had assumed people have been working on these truck so long that a photo would tell all. I am learning that there are a lot of variations out there! I was told from another contact that it was a Rock Mountain two speed. I did find some photos of Rocky Mountain rear mou...

Is this a Ruckstell

I cleared off the back of my 1928-29 Model A truck and was very surprised at what I found. I am eager to learn more about this rear end. It is a worm drive and has a brake and planetary shift lever at each wheel so I assume it is a high-low rear end. Is it a Ruckstell? Every search I do on Ruckstell...

Re: What year is this?

I am traveling and had a chance to get more pictures and will try to get started with photo bucket when I get home. Thanks for the input about parting out a whole car. Not being well versed yet in this world these are the things I need to hear. If the value is in the $2500 - $5000 range I would defi...

Re: What year is this?

I am located in Bellingham. I do have more pictures on hand and can take new ones if I know what an interested party wants to get detail on. I will be on the road in a few days so may not respond right away.

Thanks,

Tom

Re: What year is this?

Thanks for the feedback. The reason I joined this site is I am new at this so hoping to get some input based on experience. I have no problem selling the whole car. I have had several people over the past year tell me it is a rust bucket and not worth much. I had two local people offer $600. I figur...

What year is this?

I'm new to this site so would like to say "Howdy" to everyone. I have this Model a in storage and need to part it out to make space. I do not live in same area as storage but I am in process of moving there. I will visit this month so I can look closer for ID marks. Where will I find the S...
