Re: Early 1928 AA floor mats
Neil That is a good suggestion. I do have pieces of the original floor mat from my 1928 AA truck. My mat has a square area where the FORD logo goes as where the drawings show the oval logo. Unfortunately just the upper left corner of the logo area survived and none of the FORD survived. Does any one...

Re: Early 1928 AA floor mats
They could manufacture any amount I want. The cost would be $35 - $40 dollars per mat then if there were 100 mats made the cost would be $70 per mat.

Early 1928 AA floor mats
I have found a place that can make the floor mat for the early 1928 AA-82161 with Dual High with left hand break. It will cost $2500-$3000 to tool up for production. Is anyone interested in buying these mats if I go ahead and have some produced.

Re: 28 parts for sale
The powerhouse generator is the early style used in 1928 and I think early 29. It has a short body as compared to the later style that has a longer body.

Re: WTB Early AA spindle bolt locking pins
I just had a set machined for me by a friend here in town. He lathed them out of 5/8" HEX shaft. He did an excellent job and are as original. If you can find a machinist I am sure you could have a set made also. If not I can see if my guy can make another set. I am located in Lakin, Kansas, the...

Re: Early (2 piece) brake cross shafts won't come out
I just took mine apart and put it back again today. I must have an earlier cross shaft. The levers on the ends of each half are not riveted on. They are one casting with the shaft. Each cross shaft half fits through the holes in the frame just fine by angling the inside single lever through the hole...

Re: 88-A Platform frame spacers and U-Bolt Assemblies
I think I got the U-Bolts. Charlie, if you have the frame spacers I still need the long ones and the middle ones. E-Mail me to let me know how much you are asking for the spacers.

88-A Platform frame spacers and U-Bolt Assemblies
Looking for the U-Bolts and frame spacers for the late 1928 88-A platform. I think any design will work but I think design 2 is correct for my truck. If anyone has some for sale please let me know.
