Look at the top of the side view of the bearing retainer drawing, it shows the protrusion is .215-.220.

No exact matches but the RH looks similar. I have some BB rims that look close to he RH.

Here is a picture of various rims. Type RH-5º is the infamous Widow Maker that nobody will work on.

A-4520-C has the equally spaced holes, old number was AA-4520.

No, the A tie rod has a smaller diameter. The tie rod ends are the same.

The number on the frame was the number on the original engine that was installed
in the truck when it left the factory. So the engine in your truck is a replacement.

Ford shows a drawing date of May 7,1930 for the long wheel base frame and the Chicago Service Letter of
June13, 1930 mention the long wheel base frame.
