Sorry , my truck is a late 29 November truck with a bevel gear axle. Is diff. I was wrong as usual. I looked in the catalogs and found no studs for your truck. If you have it sandblasted as a unit you will have to dismantle it to clean all the sand out. So take it to the blaster in pieces and get every part back as fresh made. Not something done halfway.

In CA you need a Weight Certificate from a Certified Scale for registration.

Simple. Take it to your local truck scale and have it weighed. They will give you a certified weight certificate.

Putting a gas tank in a non ventilated trunk is a bad idea. Also bare in mind that any mounting straps must be insulated. No metal contact with the tank.

Some stake bed models had long running boards and rear fenders. I would start a hunt tracking back owners and see what you find. There may be an Express bed laying by a barn.
