1930 Ford Model AA (SOLD)
She runs and drives. 1930 unrestored truck. The seat has been recovered. Currently tagged and insured in Tennessee. I'm located in La Vergne, Tennessee. $8000 or will trade for a half ton Model A truck. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190521/dce9e2b7bd042bb07f4347abff397483.jpg https://uploads.ta...

Re: Finally acquired my '31 AA!
Congrats on the purchase. I'm glad you was able to buy it back. I'm also 33 and got my first AA last year. You said the truck ran a year ago. I'm sure it will run again with a little tinkering. It is a beautiful truck. Keep us posted on the progress. I'm sure any questions can be answered here or on...

Re: Relocated fuel tank
I believe you quoted the wrong comment. The comment you quoted (which was mine) makes no mention of butchering or anything being irreversible.

Re: Relocated fuel tank
Ahhh geez not the old "it's your truck do what you want" or the "who cares what others think" logic. No one is disputing his right to do whatever it is he would like to do to his own truck. Take it off the frame and put it on an S10 frame. It's your prerogative. Who cares what ot...

Re: Relocated fuel tank
Geez does a Model AA need that many wires? I think you should have done this truck a service and just bought a 70s model Ford instead. I think your discussion would probably be more welcomed on The H.A.M.B.

Re: Windows and window tint
I've had glass cut locally with a template for them to go by. It was not expensive.

Re: Field Find 1930 Model AA truck
People like to have a vehicle that looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. But there are a lot who appreciate survivors. If I found your truck I would go through it replacing what must be replaced. Detail it to the max. Drive it and enjoy it. It can be restored a thousand times. It is onl...

Re: First AA
Well here are the pictures I mentioned of the mystery bracket on the passenger side behind the seat and of the ends if the running boards. Just an update the original motor did not have any compression so it was swapped with another used motor I had in the shop. She primarily has only been ran aroun...

Work and Play Sale
Work and play combo. Get both the truck and car for $20K FIRM. The truck runs, stops, and goes. It is a 1 ton Ford Model AA. The car is a Ford Model A Tudor. Re: Help
I too bought an AA from the same gentleman about a month ago.. I saw that truck while I was there. He had an amazing collection. I picked up the 1930 he had for sale. Also, sorry to hear about your father in law. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180911/01a60e40cb259f1667f336a035b3a223.jpg https://...

Re: First AA
Thanks everyone. All this information is exactly what I need. There is a round shelf on the interior of the truck on the passenger side in the back cab corner. Is this there for something specific? I will take a pic asap. I also will take a pic of the end of the running board area. As far as where I...

First AA
My name is Coty, I'm 33 and I am from outside of Nashville, Tennessee. I have been lurking on this forum for about a month. I picked up my first AA yesterday out of Georgia. It's a 1930. I say first because I hope it's not my last. I have had a 1930 Model A coupe and currently have a 1931 Model A Tu...
