I have the body lifted with 2X4 blocks and the only number I can see is 9. I don't know if it is the newer 9 or the older stamp. It started raining on me and I had to quit. The wheelbase is 131 1/2 and by the serial number on the engine,L315925 it was produced in 8/1928. That is a nice link in your signature.
