Motor Mount Spacer
The rear motor mount spacer is 19/32" long. What is the OD and ID? Is there any reason not to use a solid steel vs the original split steel spacer? THANKS

Ford Model AA Diecast Models
I believe a 1931 Ford Model AA diecast model truck has recently become available. It is listed as a Pickup, although it has what appears to be a Grain Bed. I saw one last week and bought one. They are 1:24 scale, made by Motormax in their "Platinum Collection". I chose the Dark Green, to l...

Frank, THANKS for the reply. Your spacese one row over from mine, C3B 26-29. I'll stop by. Last year I bought an earlt 1928 AA chassis. No body yet, and I am not sure what I am going to do about that. Since you bought a AA chassis, maybe you have some other poarts I am looking for: a front end or ax...

Re: AA Radiator
Frank,
Is the radiator an original Model A radiator? If so, do you know which one it is? If you don't sell it before Hershey, I'd like to come by your space and look at it. Could you give me your space number? THANKS, Jim

Re: Dual Hi transmission
Thanks. Unfortunately I am in GA. Do you have any other 1928 AA parts for sale? Like a solid mount front crossmember or front shock arms?

Re: AA wheel manufacturing
Hello Rumbler, I am restoring an E28 AA chassis, with the cowl, hood, fenders, etc sold by Ford to Independent Body Builders. I do not have a cab or platform, but I have located a very nice late 28 platform. If I find a cab, I'll make it a platform truck. I have also located a 28 AA chassis with wir...

Re: parting out 28 - 29 frame, rear axle, optional Ford dual high
Mark, THANKS for the reply. It sounds like your AA chassis is later than I am looking for. I have a 1928 with wire wheels. Just in case, I am looking for the solid front motor mount similar the what was used on the cars, the rear motor mounts, front shock arms, the torque tube with the car style spe...

Re: parting out 28 - 29 frame, rear axle, optional Ford dual high
Can yoiu be more specific about the 28-29 AA frame you have, which one is it, or what timeframe was it used? Do you have a 1928 AA solid engine mount front crossmember (similar to what the A cars had)? What type rear motor mounts do you have? THANKS Jim

Re: Cleaning out our stash
Hello Red, THANKS for the fast reply. I have just bought a early 28 chassis which has a later engine. I did see it before I bought it, but can't remember all I need to make it correct. I should have spent more time looking at it and taking pictures. I will not go get it until I return from Hershey. ...

Re: Cleaning out our stash
Do you have any chassis parts for an early 1928 AA? Front or rear motor mounts, front shock absorbers, arms , seal covers or links, wire wheel with lock ring, to name a few?
THANKS,
Jim
