Re: Engine Trouble

I'm in Vancouver Washington, just north of Portland. I have several of Alan Schurman's rebuilds, but since his passing I'm looking for another reliable shop. Old school skill sets are sadly disappearing. Chris

Engine Trouble

Are there any engine rebuilders left, in the Northwest? Or am I looking at a road trip to California? Who's getting the job done?

Re: 1928 AA EXPRESS

Thank You, Neil. The "Model A/AA Ford Truck Owner" by A G McMillan and your information, saved me a trip to the scales. I didn't escape the sales taxes and registration fees, in Washington. Just the price we pay; for havin fun. Chris

1931 AA Mail Truck

Looking for part resources, general information, and opinions on this 1931 AA Mail Truck. Are there any in the Northwest?
The missing mirrors, tailgate latches and more...............probably impossible to find? Got to get this truck out in the light, and get the deal done. Thanks.

WASTE NOT THOSE RIMS !

My effort to salvage some rims and rings from those spent tires , has hit a snag. My Chinese sawsall and jipo blades don't like those steel strands within. What's going to "get-ur-done"? Obviously I should stop utilizing those 25% coupons from HF

Re: Tow truck is com ring together but I need help

Maybe you find some inspiration; from one of my favorite toys. Notice the similarity in bed design. The 1929 AA Roadster Tow Truck has the high-low, with a 31 high speed rear end. Just wish we had more sunshine in the northwest. Love it when the tops off. Chris
