Imagine comparing my Ford to a Chevy.Nope not a chance there's never been a Chev on the property!! But I have both cabs in the same barn and the windshields-well the American steel cab has a windshield height of 16in.,the Canadian cab has a windshield height of 18in. exactly the same only 2in taller...

Since about 1970 I've had a AA parked in my barn waiting for the day when I got younger! to restore it.
