Re: Clutch Pedal to the floor.

Problem Solved. After adjusting the clutch rod to the other rod to the clutch shaft, all is well.

Also removed the clutch cover and inspected the springs, shift fork and greased the fitting. Everything appears to be normal.

Thank you all for your help…until next time.

I'll remove the upper floor and go from there.

Stay tune for more updates over the weekend.

Clutch Pedal to the floor.

Last Saturday on my way to a truck show as I was going through the gears, double clutching, and my clutch pedal went to the floor. First thing I noticed that the clutch adjustment rod was broken. No big deal, fixed that. However; the clutch pedal did no return “spring” back into place. Now I think I...

Re: Rusty metal treatment

Guys, I'm just impressed looking at these pictures, leaving the trucks with the patina while keeping them mechanically sound.

Keep up the good work.

Re: Would you use this wheel?

If had that rim in the first picture, I would prefer to make sure I had a nice weld bead on both sides of the crack. I would be more incline to keep the rim as a spare. Is both pictures the same rim? Inside and outside picture? Because I drive my AA about 500 miles in the past 2 years so my answer i...

Re: Fuel Filter Flow Problem

Hello Jeff, Gravity fuel systems are not to tolerant with those inline filters, you may want to turn it around and try it, if your concerned about filtering you can install the pencil filter that fits inside the tank, any fine particles will pass thru the carb jets without a problem, ----in additio...

Fuel Filter Flow Problem

Good Morning Everyone! I have a 31 AA that has infrequent fuel flow problems in the Fuel Filter. The gas tank has been cleaned. When disconnecting the fuel line that leaves only the Peacock & Fuel Filter only, it flows well. When I have everything connected; the fuel amount in the fuel filter varies...

Thanks Guys for your input. These are issues I was having last year before I put the truck away for the winter. I'm going to get the truck ready for spring time maybe this weekend or next. I made new battery cables and charged the battery. Do you think there could be issues in the steering column un...
