The Warford is not that bad , it does have a constant hum in overdrive ,it sure makes up for the sound by being able to keep up with Model A's

There is a possibility that it would use a coupling shaft if the brownie attaches to the 4 speed transmission , I just looked in my u-joint supply but dont have what you are looking for . Check to see if the 4 speed u-joint fits the input shaft . The 31 Warford has a larger input shaft than the 28/29 Warford . I would think the Brownie would also have the same size ( about 1- 5/16 )
