Re: New guy needs direction and advice!

The rims are dated. Youwill find the date when you clean them. I believe all the snap rings are the same. (although once I had one with a full circular snap ring. Don't know what that came from) Here is a way to save a few bucks, on your tires. Buy them direct from Coker in TN. But ask to pick them ...

Re: AA serial number on frame where to look ?

Hi again after looking the running gear over a little better i am thinking i have a BB and not an AA. What are the chances of finding a cab for the BB verses the AA. thanks JEFF Well Jeff, Now you need to find out what year BB you have. The serial number will tell you. In looking at the 1932-1933 c...

Re: Tranny gear shift rod

I have the same question about the wheels. The set I have on my 31 AA has a different offset on 2 of the rear wheels. They are disc style. Could there be different wheels on the front than the rear? Front and rear wheels are the same. On the rear you have two in each side. There is a two piece lug n...

Re: eBay AA

I see that the truck cab has the high rear window. I can not tell if there is a Ford script above the rear window but I can't see one. So, this truck would most likely be in the April to June 1928 range. If you have some high resolution pictures of the truck, please send them to me via e-mail. No F...

Re: Tranny gear shift rod

I just e-mailed David all the information, hope to hear back from him this week. I also need a seat, mine is toast! Anyone have one floating around that they might want to get rid of? Frank. Lebarron Bonney has them. Bare or upholstered. They also make custom truck seat springs that sit you either ...

eBay AA

A friend of mine bought her first AA from eBay. It was an Ohio farm truck, actually an apple orchard truck. It had been stored inside for many years after its retirement. No reproduction parts of any kind on it. The doors were missing so the previous owner put the red doors on it. The good news is t...

Re: Tranny gear shift rod

You need the inner and outer lug nuts. Both are available from Snyder's.

Unless something is broken you should have to pull up the lever on your shifter to shift into reverse.

Re: Tranny gear shift rod

The lever and rod is your reverse lock out. 1930's came with dual wheels. You must use 1930-1933 type rims, and lug bolts. The studs are all the same legnth.

I'll try to confirm this, Thanks.

Do you know where I can get the square drive I need to get the rear lugs off for the inner wheels?

Your local Snap On dealer has them.
