DON"T DO IT!!! TAKE IT TO A TIRE SHOP!! THIS IS HOW MY DAD WAS KILLED A COUPLE YEARS AGO, i was 8, don't don't don't do IT!!!!!!!! A tire shop equipped to do split rim or ring tires and wheels is the safest way to go. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO AIR UP SPIT RIM TIRES FROM SCRATCH UNLESS YOU ARE TRAINED ...

Got to remember Darwin ... Rome was not built in a day ... take the time to remove the tank and get properly cleaned and coated .. things like dirt and rust will leave you stranded when you least need it to happen especially with the updraft carb ...

put a shot of engine oil in each cylinder and do another compression test ... If it goes up to around 50 to 60 than it is your rings ... If it stays at 30 than it is your valves or head... If the engine has not been run for a long time It might not hurt to take apart and refresh anyway P.S. ... your...
