I wouldn't call a bare rim a wheel if it had no tire mounted. A car can run on the rims without the tire.

Don't buy a Warford until you've checked it out first. Most of the transmissions I've run across are worn badly in the overdirve gears and howl quite loudly. 6.50-20's should fit if you mix the two wheel types. I know 7.50-20's will not fit without the tires rubbing. I had the same problem with a '30 AA a few years ago so I had a 5/8" spacer made to fit between the wheels.

My June 1930 85-b panel is all original and has the one piece bumper.
