If you are expecting an AA truck that will drive like a modern 4 speed, you will be seriously disappointed. I have a Wood hydraulic bed on mine. The hydraulic lever looks just like the PTO lever, I will try to get a good picture for you tomorrow when I’m at my shop

I have to say that I am pretty pleased with how mine rides. I was expecting a rough ride, but even empty it is great considering we are dealing with 90 year old technology!

I would say it depends on final goal for truck, if you are just going for a driver, get that sucker running and see what ya got!

Thank you Neil for the response. I think I just found my problem, I thought I was getting slip in the spring perch where goes through the axle, but it was back at the ball under the tranny! Can anybody tell me if the front spring perch on an E30 is the same as a regular model A, I’m sure there are not because the springs are wider. Also, is there any company selling repos of these, I think mine are worn as there is play in front axle

These trucks have so little value anymore because the guys that have any interest in them are dying off. I always shake my head when I see what some guys are trying to get for their parts. Hell, I give my spare parts away just because I want to see the trucks stay around and driven!

Probably for a machine engine. Such as a Smith air compressor or a piece of farm equipment. Speeding in an AA is extremely hard to do.

Agreed, damn sure not gonna speed in an AA, unless you’re in a school zone!

The second bulb goes to the bottom and yes it can be wired as the turn signals
