Hi:
I have a coupling shaft housing, and I believe the spring. I have a couple of the gears for the end of the trans, they do show some wear. Email me at rustya1931@hotmail and I will send you photos and pricing.

Re: Floor Board Metal Covers
Yes it is a steel plate that goes around the shifter and e-brake handle. Let me know if you need one.

28-29 Dual High
I have a complete dual high set up out of a late 28 truck. It has the kick down pedal, bracket, oil fill tube and rear hanger plate. The truck had very low mileage on it. Price is$150.00 for everything plus shipping and crating. This unit is heavy and will require a wooden small crate to be made. On...

Re: worm drive drive shaft
Thanks, So basically this would work like the 30-31 bevel drive shaft and make life much easier putting the drive shaft assembly together. I am going to use lubriplate spo-288 for yellow gears in the rear end. That is what I read on this site as a recommendation. Thanks for the help. Is there any ad...

Adjusting the back lash in a worm drive rear end
Does anyone know if there is any info on any adjustments for the worm drive to the bronze gear. All seemed okay before I dismantled the rear end, just wonder if there are any suggestions for any back lash adjustments, or do you just put it back together and drive it. I haven't seen any real articles...

AA 4645-A and AA 4655-A bearing and race
Does anyone have a location for these bearings and races either NOS or new. They are for the 28-29 AA worm drive torque tube. This is the bearing and race at the speedometer end. Any help would be great, thanks.

AA 4645-A and AA 4655-A 28-29 Driveshaft bearing and race
Looking for a new set or NOS or somewhere I could buy a replacement if they are made. My race has a couple of light rust stains,( from truck sitting in one place for so long) and not sure if I should use it. It is out of the torque tube so I could replace the seal. Any help would be great.
Thanks

worm drive drive shaft
Has anyone run into the problem with the worm and the drive shaft being riveted together at the splined collier? If so, any suggestions as to which rivet to remove so you can rebuild the grease retainer and large felt seal that go into the end of the torque tube. This has to come apart in order to r...

How much oil for a worm drive rear end
Does anyone know how much oil you need for the worm drive rear end. I am assuming that a gallon of lubriplate is more than enough? Thanks, just want to make sure I have enough on hand.

Filling at Warford Transmission
Does anybody know how much 600W oil you should put into a rebuilt Warford? With the fill plug at the top it is hard to tell were the oil level is. Any help would be great. I figure at least a quart to a quart and a half.
Thanks

Filling a worm drive rear end
I know that you fill the bottom end of the differential case up to the filler plug, but what about the filler plug at the back of the worm itself? Should those bearings be packed with grease when doing final assembly? Do you pour the rear end oil in thru that plug. Any suggestions would be of great ...
