Howdy Boomer. The beads work great on airplane tires which often spin up to 70 mph or more, so i imagine they'd work well on our trucks too.

Dynamic balancing of car and truck tires is done at quite a slow speed and is not just for fast freeway speeds, so i imagine it would help our trucks too.

Yep, it's far more durable. That's a good thing on bicycle frames and such, but i don't think wheels get subjected to much abuse as long as one is careful with installing and removing the wheels.

A good durable paint is probably cheaper, and it wouldn't be incorrect. The split rim was plated at the factory, not painted. I powder coated my wheels.
