hot water cab heaters
My truck has a hot water cab heater. Would that have been avaliable from Ford or was that an aftermarket add on? I can't decide to leave it in or not. I don't plan to drive the truck during cold weather and it does take up alot of the riders foot room. But I can just see my wife complaining about be...

regarding the rear springs
I was looking at the photo's of an AA and noticed a second set of springs other then the main springs. My truck has the main springs but does not have the smaller upside down set of springs. What is this other set for?

Now I need to measure my garage door. My truck has only one tire on it and that one is flat. Went right in the garage. Did not want to put the truck together only to find out it is a ship in a bottle.

AA body restore question
While I have the body off for a full restoation, should I concider beefing up any part of the cab with metal/wood/fiberglass ? Make the body a stronger? Beef up from the under side? Thank you.

A 1930 AA. I understand the body sheet metal (hood, fenders, cab, seat springs, radiator shell etc..) are all Model A pickup. The engine, tranny, and radiator is Model A car/pickup.
