The hardest part of AA's, to me anyway, is trying to figure out what parts are for AA's, and whats for A's. So far I've spent a fist full of money on freight to get new parts only to send them back because their for a car not an AA. Now I ask the sales person or will ask to speek with their tec dep...

Yes it is a Dual Drive. Sorry I didn't know what I had. That makes me the DIPSTICK!!!! I need the Oil Filler tube and Oil lever indicator Rod. Thank you for setting me straight. Pat If you are calling a Dual High a Dual Drive you still aren't straight. :D

The crank looks fine. It is the pulley that is in two pieces.

can you guys put up a pic of your drums and is there any difference between front and back? are they original to the truck? i thought they went with cast in 1930 does anyone know the change over date ? My May 1930 AA came with pressed steel drums on all four corners.

Simply pull the engine and tranny out as a unit/ Tie a piece of line across the frame to hold up the shaft when it parts company from the trsmission.
