Front mounted toolbox
A few years ago I bought a frame mounted toolbox for my A. Today I decided to install it. Now I find out that it is for a 1928/'29 and won't fit my '30. I am hoping someone will have one that will fit my 1930. https://hosting.photobucket.com/images/pp209/hd36knuck/toolbox.jpg?width=1920&height=1...

I hauled 3 tons of crap to the landfill on my Early '30. It did have overload springs in the rear.

Be aware that if it does fit you will need to whack off a big chunk of your frame.

Re: AA Engine Serial #
Trucks engines are suppose to start with AA. You appear to be lucky enough to possibly have the original engine. If you can check your frame serial number hopefully it's not worn away and you can prove you have a numbers matching truck. Good luck Although there was a period where AA's carried a sin...

Re: best shipping source for large items
I tried to buy some hardware from Fasternal. They wouldn't accept cash and would only sell to registered customers with an account. Screw them.
