Re: Wanted: A complete 1930 Front Spring
Hi Spdway1,
Do you still need the front spring? I may have one, but it will take some time to dig it up. Do you have a picture of the correct spring so I can verify that it is the correct year.
Thanks,
Jared

Re: Will 28-29 sheetmetal work on early 31 AA frame
Also, It has a side mount spare tire carrier. So I would like to keep the 30/31 fenders on there if possible. Did the Early 30 AA with the 28-29 style cab use 30/31 or 28/29 style fenders?
Thanks,
Jared
Thanks,
Jared

Will 28-29 sheetmetal work on early 31 AA frame
Hi All,
I am buying a running driving chassis with a wood coal dump on it. It is complete minus the cab, hood, and radiator grill. My question is: Will the 29-29 cab bolt to the frame?
Thanks,
Jared

Worm Drive Torque Tube and Drive Shaft Needed (CT)
Hi All, I am trying to find a torque tube and driveshaft for my 1929 doodlebug with a worm drive rear differential. I am looking for one located close to Dayville, CT (NE CT). I would also be open to purchasing the whole rear end assembly, as I assume most would rather sell complete than part out. T...

Re: What is the best way to change the Front Cross Member?
What works really well is to grind off the head of the riviots, and then using a drill about half the diameter of the rivet shank drill most of the way through it. Then using a pin punch to drive it out. The rivet will collapse in on itself while driving and will come out relatively easy.

Re: 30 - 31DOUBLE 'AA' PARTS
Shorthaul,
Don't be discouraged. Just need to find the right buyer. I personally would much rather have a 157" or a 181" WB chassis over my current 131". If you were on the east coast I would scoop that up in a heartbeat.

Jared
