Re: Seized Brake Adjusters
Heat is my experience as well. But work them in and out both ways. Try not to bag them up too much, replacements are as easy to find..good luck

Re: Stop Light Switch Adjustment
I use a spring on mine, instead of a chain. That way I never get the brake light stuck if I over do it on the brakes. Not original, but I have not had a stuck light switch since I made this change. Just a thought

Re: Rebuilt Headlights
While I have not had the spinning issue, and all of the recommendations make sense. I have had a problem where the parking light bulbs don't touch the contacts. So to fix this you need to put a bead of solder on the bulb contacts to build them up, then things work fine.

Re: Alternative hub caps
Thanks for the recognition that market pricing is
creating a market for creativity. All be it a small market.
Do the math, 200.00 per tire, 50 per tube, 200 per rim
and 75 per hub cap. So $2100.00 to keep your truck off the ground without the spare, at this rate I can't afford the soup cans.

Always wondering about my AA
My AA was a field find, no cab, no bed, just frame, rims and engine block. So I have no clue what it was used for. I know the frame was somewhat modified, but for what. I did not want to grind off the welded on brackets, kind of a scare I don't want to remove. The frame had four brackets, two on eac...

Will the A hub caps fit ok or is there another option. I want to cover up the hole, not worried about ford logo, just somet...

Headlights, left side dimmer than right
When my headlights are on, parking lights while looking at the front of truck, the left side is dimmer than right. The driving lights and high beam are the same. I tried to wiggle socket thinking it was ground issue but no change. Any Idea.

29 AA spoke wheels vs disc
I have a 29AS with six hole disc wheels. I have 650 x 20 cornerstones mounted on them. Can I swap over to 20" spoke wheels? Thanks for any and all advice.

Re: brake/clutch pedal shaft 4spd transmission
For what its worth, take the time and make a mountable stand for the transmission, bolt the transmission to it and then heat, beat, or do whatever you want, it makes your efforts a lot more effective. The tranny is heavy and unwielding, anchor it to a stand, (handmade) and life will be easier
