It is an Early 1930. They all have Banjo rear ends.
I think you are confusing bevel gear with banjo, two different rear axles.

Re: Brake shoe type

The June 1932 Service Bulletin has information on brake adjustments. You should have cast iron drums. Are the brake roller tracks
in good shape (probably not) and the shoes centered?

Re: Rotate drive shaft to alight spline?

That's normal because of the spider gears. Here's a video on how it works. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nC6fsNXdcMQ

Re: Part TT-150-A1?

Looks like it was for a TT rear axle. Mac's shows it't 2 7/16 od like the AA part. From the notation on the drawing
the AA part was a service replacement for the TT part.

Re: Transmission Cluster Shaft Removal

The 1949-51 Ford Shop Manual for F series trucks, which used the same transmission, says "Working from the forward end of the transmission case, drive the countershaft out of the case." Also I looked at a new countershaft I have and you can see the last about one inch of the shaft which is...

Re: Warford Auxiliary Transmission

I think the u-joint you need for the output of the Warford if it is from a 1928-29 is 1 1/8" 6 spline X 1 1/4" 10 spline.

Re: Door Dove Tail

Looks like you have a lot of ware in the upper part of the door dovetail opening. Also most of the rubber parts the kits contain are shaped wrong. In the link look at the shape of the originals Marco posted, you will need to reshape the rubber pieces. https://www.vintagefordforum.com/forum/model-a/3...
