The door for the left side fender spare wheel trucks have a indent in the door to allow thye door to open wide enough to get into the truck , the panel van type trucks have a different shape indent . This is a photo of the one on my dump truck . Neil Wilson added the measurements to the photo .

I have a vacuum assist for mechanical brakes , it's frame mounting bracket is 37" long .It is mounted on a piece of plywood and labeled as a vacuum brake assembly for mechanical brakes. Bud Valerius

Your problem happens often , I have run across it several times , You can use a cut off wheel & a punch . It isn't easy but if you take your time it can be done Bud Valerius

To use this set up you will need the the AA 7085 B rear transmission bearing retainer , I didn't see this listed in this ebay sale. Bud Valerius

The 29 tooth ring only mates with the 4 tooth worm gear which makes that one being a 7.25 ( not desireable ) you should be looking for a 31 tooth ring gear and a 6 tooth worm which gives you a 5.16 high speed gear

It looks like you have added zerks where they shouldn't be . If you are trying to get more grease to the u-joint you might trying to add them to the two piece clam shell cover . Where you put them will cause you problems that u-jount needs to go in all the way. Bud
