I believe that is caster. 5 degrees sounds familiar, but I am probably wrong.

Re: shocks yes or no.
All model "AA"s had shock absorbers. They were called passengers. I don't ever recall riding in an AA, but I know my '34 is a rough ride and that has express springs on it.

I think when you take the pins out the brake lever should slide out. Good luck on the bushings, I don't think anyone makes those.

Re: Removing the Drive Shaft??
Don,
You should be able to slide the driveshaft of without taking the rivet off. The rivet should just hold the coupler to the driveshaft so the coupler should slide off the pinion splines. If you do grind the rivet off you could probably use a nail off the same size or possibly a roll pin.

You could look into bluing kits for gun parts, I don't know how long it would last though.

Re: 4-Speed Pressure Plate and Clutch Disk
Best place to get a USA made clutch I hear is Fort Wayne Clutch. Just call them up and tell them what you need and they should be able to get you going. The pressure plates from the vendors are all the same, so you could get yours rebuilt and have heavier springs put in if you wanted to. Just my $0....

I'm sure that I can come up with a pair, but you may be able to find someone closer. You could also try the wanted section on Fordbarn.
