Re: AA u-joint

SamA: Perchance, do you have the tin cover that goes over the coupling shaft that links the tranny to the torque tube? When my U-joint gave up the ghost, it ate into this cover and ruined it. If you've got it, I'll swap you even-Steven. Do you have an extra rear license plate bracket that bolts to ...

AA Transmission ID?

Could one of you Identify the transmissions in these pics.
As you can see, my AA had multiple transmissions, one with a power take-off, which led to a 3rd trans, then on to a huge winch.

Re: AA u-joint

To Everyone going back and forth about the joint cover, I would love some pics of this unit. My AA is highly modified by mostly smoke wrench wielding types, so that bit is missing on mine.

Thanks,
Dave In Sonoma

Old ICC License Plates from AA?

I have an AA that I bought at an Auction in a Northern California orchard. The seller said he owned the Truck since the 40's and it had been altered many times, lastly as a log hauler with big winch and A-Frame. I want to post pics so I could get some help identifying the vehicle. This first pic is ...

Re: rusted and blasted wheels

I am waiting to hear if you get a response on the idea of manufacturing replica wheels.

If they were perfect, it seems to me you could sell alot of them at $100 a piece (maybe more), as soon as all of the spares out there are gone, which is probably soon.
