How to remove the dual high?

Well just as the title says. I tried to remove it the other day but no luck. I could wiggle it forward about a 1/4" then it would get stuck. I have the engine and transmission out already. I took the torque tube clam shell off and the 2 larger bolts that bolt to the crossmember. i Then put a ja...

Re: Installing engine and trans

yes its supposed to be pointed down.

now that area is supposed to be filled with grease correct? On a 29 with the 3sp and dual high?

reason being is when i took the tranny off the dual high it was filled with oil... yet the ujoint is in mint shape.
