No it was on the wrong side and too far out - for the Warford. Maybe it was for the original ford auxillary transmission?

Optical illusion, the Warford is dead center and the original hole was off center.

This is what I had to do to my floor pan to get the Warford in . I enlarged the hole on one side so I could get the oil filler plug out. I'll pit a rubber plug in the original hole. Jeff
