Re: Any NORTHEAST AA for sale?

]I was wondering how come the images some posted were so damn big and threw the screen sizing out of whack. I also get a warning that 100k is the limit? 100k was the limit, it's now 512k. Avatars are still at the same limit as before, for pretty much the same reason. Mostly because if some one had ...

Re: Any NORTHEAST AA for sale?

The inline image size was 100Kb which is still pretty large for online use, I did increase it to 512Kb which is again pretty generous for a forum format. Even today not everyone is on a super fast broadband connection and ideally there is no real reason to attach an image directly from your camera w...

Re: 1928 Model AA

Hey folks, Yes this forum is generally very civil but as more members sign in and start getting involved the chance for differences of opinion and style 'clashes" increase. We are all adults here so I think issues can be resolved in a civil and productive manner. I have no desire to add "moderators"...

Front engine mount photo by forum member

Howdy folks, just received this email from forum member Regpegs1931. Hi Mike, Maybe I'm really bad at computers, but I tried to download a photo and put it on a new topic post for readers on a motor mount I just took off of my late 31 AA, to see if it was available anywhere, but couldn't manage the ...

What do you mean Steve? Your "author" name is your account name you signed up with. If you wanted it to be something else then I'll need to change it on my end.

Re: Jig for drilling hole in center of round stock for a cotter

Great tip. I wonder if the board could add a section to archive tips like these in another section, kind of like the clubhouse section was added, there is another Ford truck forum I go to, and there is a section called "Tips & Tricks" and it's nice because these good ideas all stay organized in one...

Re: AA Dump pics

OK folks, I've done a bit of editing to above posts when they started getting personal. Lets keep the topics about the trucks and not start slinging insults at each other. This board up until recently has been moderation free, but for the first time ever I edited two posts and removed one entirely. ...

Re: who are they?

Good answer, Brady. I, for one, get tired of ready posts by those who I think have posting diarrhea. Out of fear of the reaction here, I read lots and post little. I would suspect many don't wish to be thought of poorly, so they don't join in the discussion... Too Bad about that. I wouldn't worry a...

Re: Hello again my fellow AA'ers

Hi Dave, my condolences to you and your family. That is a really beautiful truck! Work on my AA has slowed down considerably ever since the kids came along, but I do plan to start back up on the final body work this summer and hope to get some paint on the metal by next fall. My running gear has bee...
