window garnish trim pick up cab
i have a pick up cab, AA. the trim around right and left of window openin poses a question to me. it screws in, has a threaded stud coming through oval hole in middle. on the stud is the knurled knob to hold open window with regulator. hope this clearly depicts WHAT i am talking about. my QUESTION, ...

not to sound like a know it all but.... how can the clamps let it slip? the bolts hold it tight. if anything the clamps would restrict it more? no? share thoughts please. kevin

i saw this price out of lockport NY, it was a sale price. has anyone ever found another product for a better price. if so what brand and formula. i have searched past posts but never found a real answer. any new ideas or leads, even a formula through sherwyn williams, or benjamin moore, or pittsburg...

hey kim, thank you for the info. so in december of 28 there must have been a surplus of these bearings. does your bearing have the exact same void? about 2/3 the diameter of a ball? do you have a photo just out of curiosity? it would be neat to see two rare oddities in the same story. thank you, kevin
