Re: Branford Canadian Cabs
I am understanding that not all the trucks were made with a metal back wall. My truck has a metal back, but a parts truck I have access to only has (had) a wooden back wall. I can take pics also, if you would like. Markt knows more about them than I do.

Unfortunately, I don't think those are the same caps as what I need. The ones I need are specific to Canadian AA trucks. The ones I need are posted a couple of comments up the page.

Re: Newbie AA
That cab is not a Canadian brantford cab. But it looks like it is in good condition. Someone else will have to tell you what exactly what it is.

Re: Newbie AA
Welcome to the group. Where abouts are you located at? As noted above, there are a lot of differences between the Canadian and US built trucks. What kind of cab do you have? I have a Brantford cab on my 28 AA. What year is your truck? What type of wheels do you have?

Re: Assembling wheels
Were you able to get your wheels together? How about posting a pic of them. The concaved dish rims are not very common.

rock moss green paint source
I'm having trouble finding a source for Rock Moss Green paint for my 1928 AA. I have found the Dupont paint code L8621 and the PPG code IM117 from this site. My best local source is NAPA. They called thier paint guy at thier regional office and was told that those codes are no good. I don't know why...

Transmission differences
I am working on bringing a 1928 AA back to life. It came with two transmissions (one with the multi disc clutch plates, and one without) but no engine. I have bought an engine for it and it is at the rebuilders place. We hope to take the head and oil pan off next week to see inside for the first tim...

Headlight bar lengths
I have two different length headlight bars with my AA. The one with the headlights attached is older looking. I have new looking bar with nothing attached to it. I can't seem to find any measurement online for the proper one. The total widths are 41 5/8"and 42.5 inches. Which one is correct?

Canadian AA truck fender brace
I have a question regarding front fender braces. The ones that came with my mocked up truck are cast, but the vendors catalogs show them as pressed steel. I am trying to put on new steel fenders, but if I line things up with the brace, then the fender twists upwards, especially at the running board ...

http://s1299.photobucket.com/user/Marcelkristoff/media/Mobile%20Uploads/image_zpscf3awtuu.jpg.html?sort=3&o=0 These are my rims. I assume the PO wanted to put duals on the rear, as be bought 6 new tires, but they won't work as duals, as I have recently found out. I guess I'll end up with a coupl...
