I have never seen any Ford documentation stating that obsoleted part were used up on the commercial A's and AA's. However, there is lots of information regarding the change over from the '28/'30 82-A closed cab to the '30/'31 82-B closed cab.

I don't have any information regarding non USA units.

I can not think of any square bolts/nuts with regards to the rear axle and springs. It could be that they are replacements as a result of service over the years. I see that the truck cab has the high rear window. I can not tell if there is a Ford script above the rear window but I can't see one. So, this truck would most likely be in the April to June 1928 range.
