Re: This is a bit confusing

Is the radiator shell an original or reproduction? If it's original I would think
the problem is with the radiator.

Re: This is a bit confusing

How about some pictures of the radiator? Looking at the gas cap and mirror I think you have an early 1930 but
the radiator should still fit the shell.

OK I'm confused. The original post is from s147881 and all the pictures are from bobmay1 and all the
replies are as if the pictures are from s147881.

Ford went to the steel top in late 1931.
Attached are some tandem axle pictures.

I think that is a BB not an AA. It's hard to tell from the picture but it looks like the
door only has two hinges not three like the Model A. Attached are some more early tankers.

Here is a link to a YouTube video than near the end shows how to make a tool to remove the sleeve.

Re: Front End Adjustments

The steering arm has a flat side that should fit into the spindle to keep it from rotating.
You could sand or grind a little off of the back side of nut so it will turn a little more to install the cotter pin.

The four row radiator didn't come out until April 1930.

Re: How to back off rear service brake

Just keep unscrewing the adjusting wedge. The shoe will come out a little as the brake shoe link gets to a high spot
on the wedge and then go in as it gets to a low spot.

Re: How to back off rear service brake

Back out the brake adjusting wedge and then try tapping the top of the shoe in,
the brake shoe link may be stuck with old dried grease.
