Drain the oil and fill the crankcase to the top with diesel fuel and let it sit for a week. This will loosen up crud and allow it to be flushed out.

I was at a sale a few days ago. There was a heavy duty brake drum turning machine sitting in the driveway. It could probably be had at a very reasonable price. Shipping would be a killer. Located in North Hollywood, CA.

I see some red dots. Markings usually designate which side is toward the cam.

Boards were painted bed color.

Yes. But not the Early '30 with '29 cab.

Snyder's and Bratton's have both been great. However being in CA I save time and shipping money by ordering from Arizona Model A. Give Sammy a call at 480 782 0266. He has new, NOS, and used parts.

I am not convinced that the gauge is sealed well and would prefer to test it for a leak before filling up with gas that will run over my painted dash.

OK, Remove the dash before filling up.

I found the bearing, although I can't remember where. So far I have had no luck locating the race.

If the AA engines sit 1" lowere in the frame how does the throttle linkage and started rod, which are the same as an A, work correctly. It would also affect the position of the clutch and brake pedals.

The 1931 rims are spaced differently so the tires don't touch.
