I agree with Bob, I have 3 of those chassis and they are all '29 that diff was used in late 28 and 29 only. The chassis that I have all have wooden spoke wheels, but I have seen with the disc wheels as well. They have open drive shafts and cable operated brakes.

I really like the truck but that is a long was off for me. Would be at least a 3 day drive each way.
