Re: Tranny gear shift rod
Thanks for the information. Transmition lock out, how does it work? When do you use it? I mean, what exactly does it do? About the wheels, do you invert the outside set on the rear wheels so that they are bowed inward upon instalation? Are the lugnuts on the left side of my 30 left hand threads? So...

Re: Back fires under a load on the engine

When driving on level ground it runs fine no backfires. Anybody got any hints. Hello Jim, I am very new to this forum, and although I have 2 AA's I have...

Re: AA Disc Wheels to AA Wire Wheels
Thanks Neil, I'll start looking, but for now, when I get that socket from Mike I'll be able to get those old rusty wheels off and see if I can save them or not.
By the way, I'm not sure if i am patient enough to build a judgeable vehicle, like you guys, but I'm going to start out and give it a shot.

Re: New Member with AA
Thank you Neil, I need a complete cab for the "32" AA. I was told it is a late production mail truck, and that particular truck was built in 1932.
I would love to get clear photos of what this truck would have looked like.

Converted A Compressor Rig?
I was wondering if someone could identify a compressor an Older gentleman threw in when I bought the 1930 AA stakebed from him. He passed away after I bought it, but before I picked it up, so the history passed with him.
I hope this pic helps

Welcome aboard. Where are you both from. What do you want to know about the upholstery. There is not very much in an 82A cab. Pretty basic. Several vendors handle the kits. Richard Thanks for the answer, I am from Sonoma County Ca, near Bodega (The Birds) Bay. Sebastopol is the next town over. Than...

I'll try to confirm this, Thanks.REM wrote:The 32 should use the same wheels as the 30/31 AA. I believe they were the same from 1930 through 1933.
Do you know where I can get the square drive I need to get the rear lugs off for the inner wheels?

I'll measure and get back to you, thanks!E.Moore wrote:What is the diameter of the hole in the center of your 32 wheels? I have a set of NOS BB wheels and snap rings for 1933 through 1937 BB trucks for sale. The AA wheels have a smaller center hole and the lug hole pattern is smaller.

Re: AA Disc Wheels to AA Wire Wheels
I want to install 4 - 20 wire wheels on my 1928 AA dump truck, I just had them powder coated black and have not received them back yet, I think now I might have a problem, the truck has a 29,30 or 31 rear end, not worm gear drive and I presently have disc wheels on now, how do I correct this so I c...
