Re: Hub puller woes

I'm not an expert on AA WHEEL wheel removal but I don't think all that much heat is helping because you don't want all of the heat transferring to the axle because it will expand along with the hub. Also I would use the old wheel to transfer the hole pattern to a piece of steel at least 1/2" th...

Re: A Sad Story

Sorry to hear of your sad situation. It is/was a fine looking vehicle and although it suffered quite a lot of damage it should be repairable. I'm curious to find out how out of square the frame is, I'm sure taking a hit on the left corner tweaked it some and it shows up the way the rear suspension c...

You must be trying to break it free from the cylinder block. Just wondering, what is the best way to ...

Re: Shifting a double A four speed tranny

I think it would be all about the amount of gas you give it between clutches to sync the gear speed.
The oil may be thinner than was initially used and therefore more gas peddel is needed before slipping that baby into gear. Or, you get the grrrrrrrchunkawhomp sound, not real good.

It does include a platform and stake racks, I'll have to check to see if its the exact ones you mention.
