Kick Panel Placement
Hi, Can someone verify for me the placement of the top of the kick panels please. Does the kick panel go between the flange of the dash rail and the door post? - in this case the finished edge of the kick panel would be visible part way up the seam between the dash rail and door post - or - Does the...

Re: Door Drain Holes
Bob,
Could I trouble you (or anyone else) to measure how far in the holes are from the vertical edge of the door please.
Thanks,
Dave

Re: Door Drain Holes
Thanks Bob.
So they are just 3@ 5/16" round holes.
Looks like they are right in the corner where the horizontal surface meets the vertical surface.

Door Drain Holes
Hi,
The bottom of the doors in my 1931 82-B cab do not have drain holes.
Can someone help me with a picture of where they should be so I can locate them and open them up?
My doors are already painted so don't want poke around to find the holes too much.

Re: Door panel fasteners
Hi,
Has anyone found a supplier for metal door cardboard sockets?
I have the plastic ones, but I would prefer the thinner metal ones in the picture Neil posted above, if I can find them.
Thanks,
Dave

Dispatch Pocket Location 82b Cab
Hi all,
I have this little metal box / dispatch pocket. I’m told that rivets to the passenger side kick panel.
Can anyone tell me if this is original?
Also what is the location that it would be riveted on? I’m told that it rivets on an angle.
Thanks,
Dave

Metal cover for transmission/parking brake
Hi All,
I am putting in my floor boards and the metal transmission/brake lever cover.
I have the 3 little tabs that rivet to the boards and hold the cover in place.
Can somebody please tell me / show me where each of those tabs should go around the border of the metal cover?
Thanks,
Dave

Re: Kick panel support
Thanks Bob,
So the rubber mat looks like it tucks under the edge of the clip. Is that correct?
Do you know if the clip is riveted to the body or screwed in place?
Thanks,
Dave

Kick panel support
Hi, Can someone please tell me the orientation/ location of the clip that goes on the floor to hold the bottom edge of the kick panels in place. I am told I should have them, so I bought a repro set. I think I have it in generally the right place and orientation. Would someone kindly confirm or redi...

Vacuum Wiper Motor Question
Hi All,
I am looking for some information on the wiper motors for the early 1931 AA with an 82B cab.
Does anyone have a picture of the correct style vacuum wiper motor?
Were these an option back then or standard equipment?
Thanks as always for your help!
Dave

Re: Seat Back Attachment
Thanks All. Neil, would those welded on hooks only be up until late 1930 and then transition to the other style that Bob C posted? My truck is a February 1931, but I have 2 of the welded on versions. (Chris, good eye, the WLA w/sidecar is next in line after I finish the AA, then the Kettenkrad). Dave
