Thanks for the info Neil . I tried to go on photo shop and it will not work on my system . I have Luke giving it a go for me . P.S. I never realized the caps on my lug nuts are pressed on .. learn somthing every dayNeil Wilson wrote:Okay - I found out how to save a photograph with a file size of 19KB or less using Photoshop:
EXAMPLE:
Open the photograph desired as an avatar (in Photoshop) - see attached (this photograph is 6” x 3.736” and 72 pixels/inch and has a file size of 33KB)
on the tool bar - click Image>Image Size - the Storage Size window opens:
In Storage Size
turn on Resample Image
in Document Size:
set Width to 1.5 inches
Height automatically changed to .931 inches in this example
set Resolution to 72 pixels/inch
on the tool bar - click File>Save for Web - see attached (this photograph is 1.5" x .931" and 72 pixels/inch and has a file size of 12KB)
Note: Save the avatar under a new file name so that the original photograph is preserved for other usage.
Using the Save for Web eliminates metadata stored in .jpg files. The metadata prevents a photograph from taking less than 19KB!
Try this one:Harry Lipki wrote:Some of you guys have some cool shots with your names . I cannot get the picture to load --keeps saying it's too big . I've shrunk it done to nothing and still will not take .![]()

Yes, you are welcome, BTW, I use a program called ACDSee Pro. It isn't as good as Photoshop, but I am able to add text, resize and reshape, photo repair and a hundred other things without learning PS, which my brain simply will not assimilate!Harry Lipki wrote:Awesome .....
