If a person bought a AA Ford Truck who lives in Pennsylvania from a person living in another state with a bill of sale only , what would be the procedure to obtain a title in Pennsylvania ? Is it possible?

Steve, Go to the link, click on your state, then scroll down to chapter 67 "Antique and Classic Vehicles"
and it tells you what you need to do.

Re: AA Title in Pennsylvania
Steve, I have had good results by going through the court to get titles here in PA. It takes some time, but PennDOT will basicaly tell you what they want, and if you do it their way, they will not object to the Judge declaring you the owner. Then just send in a copy of your court order with an MV-41 ( I think) application for title, and wait for the mail to come.
Good luck. Steve
