Nice find! Looks like a great press too with a little modification. Multi use tools are great. Not to mention that the older ones will be around till the end of time.

What you need that for, you planning on going onto business, or just for your on personal use?
Looks to me that it has pressure down on one side and pressure up on the other with adapaptors o fit different wheels. Looks like you will have fun fiddling with it. Find an old bent wheel and do some experimenting.
