This guys name is Grover and lives in Indianapolis In. This is who I bought two rear hubs, bearings, brakes and backing plates. There were in excellent shape. I also bought 2 1930 budd split rims/wheels in good shape for $75 each. Most of what you see on the trailer is gone except for the 1931 rolling chassis without motor but with 6 Yale tires mounted on 4 late 31 rims and two 1930 rims, 30/31 fenders and running boards, radiator and shell. Tires are weather checked pretty good. He wants 2300 for rolling chassis. He does have some transmissions and other "A" Parts. He is a really nice guy and was easy to work with. Good luck.
