Thanks to Lvovich, he sent me a high resolution of the AA-4802-B coupling shaft installation (stock for behind a 4-speed). I made two crops to show the front and rear. This allows posting on this site. FYI - I have no way of translating Russian to EnglishNeil Wilson wrote: ↑October 26th, 2020, 6:47 amLvovich, Please email your 3228x2165 image to me at neil@aafords.com. I can then zoom in on my computer much easier. Thanks in advance.

Re: U joint
rsierk, Yes there are US Ford drawings that can be ordered from the Benson Research Center. Drawings are $35 each the last time I checked.

Re: U joint
Bob C thanks for the 7084 number. This kit is rebuild kit 28-48 part #64-24277/7084
It’s the correct part. It’s a different configuration than the stock. The center of the spider is round rather than square.

Re: U joint
Before you get to far into rebuilding the u-joint I would take some measurements. To me it looks like
the AA-7084 cross is about .100" narrower than the A-7084 cross. Also the AA-7084 bushing OD looks larger
than the A-7084 bushing.

Re: U joint
Bob,
You are correct. I Had just sort of eye balled them. The bushings are about .030 on the OD. Thanks for taking the time to mention that. Any suggestions on replacement.
