Has anyone ever seen an after market front mount called a "KREGER full floating" The donor truck I dismantled for parts had this funny looking mount, I'm considering using it on my truck. Mainly because the original is missing parts and I don't want to wait till I can order new parts. I took it apart, sand blasted, and painted it. I think it's pretty neat. I'll take some pictures tomorrow and post them. Bill James

I know that i've seen at least those sheet metal pieces at my parents house. I'm not sure if those rubber pieces are still attached to them or not.

I have an early 28 I'm restoring still with the solid front cross member (engine mounts to cross member, with the deep V. Most modern front supports won't work, they need the flat bottom cross member. The new Float-A-Motor front supports works perfect available at most parts suppliers good luck.
