Deluxe AA bumpers

I have an on going project of trying to reproduce the rare AA version of the twin bar bumper used between June and Sept. 1930. I plan on using stainless and have not devised a system for creating the rolled ends correctly. My questions are, has anyone any experience in producing those end shapes and does anyone know if these bumpers might have come on a simple dump truck built in Aug. 30?
