I have found a set of unused 31 Indiana plates for sale, along with the buff envelop from the BMV, they do not appear to have been hidding in a dark place since 31, so is anyone or somebody from Indiana familiar with the below process-----
-----According to the Indiana BMV, you can get newly pressed plates in the original size and colors for the year of your antique car, in this case, Indiana-31 at the top and dark blue numbers on an orange background, they charge $48 for the plates, plus taxes, safety inspection, registration fees and proof of ownership, as anyone in Indiana done this?.
Thanks Brian T.
