Will a 30/31 AA radiator shell fit to a non-commercial radiator?

The 30/31 AA radiator is unique to the AA,it is 1/2 inch thicker than the A ,it can be identified by looking at the placement of the filler neck. I can't tell you how many AA radiators that I have seen that were trashed by some one trying to flaten the top tank to make their A radiator shell fit

Thanks Bud - but I'm trying to see if a 30/31 AA shell will fit a car radiator. I know the AA radiator is thicker - but will the shell fit the thinner non-truck radiator?

Yes the AA shell will fit the A but you will have a 1/2 inch gap in front as the radiator shell will stick out in front of the radiator , will look real bad as for fit .
